How Much Do I Save?

The standard fees for a simple property conveyance are roughly between $900 to $1200 plus GST and outlays which include property searches which can vary in costs subject to location and style of the property you are buying.

At Network HQ Conveyancing we offer a fixed fee of $450 plus GST and Searches at cost price for the finance clients of the Network HQ Group of businesses.

If you are selling your property, then as a thankyou for being a client of the Network HQ group of businesses we offer a fixed fee of $250 plus GST and outlays at cost price.
